FIELD: applied meteorology, in particular, elimination of atmospheric formations, such as fogs, above airports, roads and other objects. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying electrically charged particle flux to fog or cloud. Charged particle flux is formed by blowing corona wires with compressed gas flow. During formation of compressed gas flow, it is scanned in annular spiral path initially to spiral peripheral parts and then to central part. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation.
