FIELD: equipment for creating favorable atmospheric conditions for transport and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pairs of columns successively arranged in spaced relation one with respect to another. Columns have isolators and wires attached to isolators to reduce loss of particles which might flow over columns into ground. Such construction reduces number of supports required for extending wires above ground. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg
