SUBSTANCE: directing electrically charged particle flux the moment cloudiness or fog front appears. Electrically charged particle flux is generated by corona wires. Charge sign and value of particle flux may be regulated. Method further involves directing similar charged particle flux to zones adjacent to mentioned zone and free of atmospheric formations. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities, simplified method and improved protection of territories under watch from fogs and excessive precipitations.
