FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing natural beehoney with apiculture products and extracts of medical plants, packing of ready-prepared product. Additionally introduced are ginseng infusion in amount not more 1000 ml per 100 kg of honey, and/or pink radiola infusion in amount not more 1000 ml per 100 kg of honey, and/or wolfberry infusion, and/or aralia infusion, and/or pantocrine extract in amount of 0.18-0.20 kg per 100 kg of honey. Introduced in mixture as apiculture products are pollen in amount not more 10 kg per 100 kg of honey, and/or propolis infusion in amount not more 1500 ml per 100 kg of honey. Used as extracts of medical plants are common licorice dry extract, and/or eleuterococcus extract, and/or levzea extract in amount of 0.180-0.220 kg per 100 kg of honey, and/or dog rose dry extract in amount of 0.225-0.275 kg per 100 kg of honey. After mixing prepared product is aged at 18-24 C for 7-10 day, while ingredients are introduced in amount to ensure moisture of ready-prepared product not more 21%. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
