FIELD: medicine; surgery, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: medicinal preparations are administered to patient, for prolonged time, selectively, into arterial bed in immediate vicinity to affection focus. Catheterization of artery is practised in distal segment of affected extremity through surface palmar branch of radial artery. Medicinal agents are administered at rate 5 ml/h. At moment of taking out catheter, catheterization end of artery is ligated extraoperatively by removable ligature. If I-II fingers or any one of them are effected by frostbite individually, or in combination with affection of other fingers, artery is catheterized in proximal direction. In case of affection of III-IV hand fingers- each finger individually or in their combinations- catheterization of artery is practised in distal direction. EFFECT: improved results of treating heavy forms of frostbite-affected hands.
