FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of aqueous-alcoholic mixture from rectified high-purified alcohol and water, and its purification in carbon columns. Aromatic alcohol is prepared from dried raspberry or ready essence is used. Aromatic alcohol or essence is divided into two equal parts and one of them is introduced in the process of aqueous-alcohol liquid preparation, while the other, in ready blend after purification in carbon columns. Prepared vodka has the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal: raspberry aromatic alcohol, 11-12 l; or aromatic essence, 0.1-0.3 kg; aqueous-alcohol liquid, the balance.
