FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of 40-% strength solution (aqueous-alcoholic liquid) from spent water with hardness up to 0.2 mole/cu.m and ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux". Preliminary aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the Ist discharging from dried raspberry is prepared by single-stage infusion which is then filtered. Sodium bicarbonate is dissolved in corrected water and added in solution in tank, and then mixture is cleaned by activated carbon by passing through carbon-cleaning battery and adding activated carbon in solution. Then vodka is directed to finishing vessel where filtrate of aqueous-alcoholic infusion of raspberry and honey are added. The filtrate is prepared by dissolving it with water, heating up to boiling, cooling and filtrating. The prepared vodka is finally filtered and bottled. It has the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal: sodium bicarbonate, 0.1-0.17 kg; honey, 2.5-3.5 kg; aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the Ist discharging from dry fruits of raspberry, 0.09-0.15 l; ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and corrected potable water, in terms of 40-% blend strength.
