FIELD: coatings. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to applying solid, wear-resistant and chemically inert amorphous diamond-like coatings with high electric resistivity and high heat resistance. Method is realized via cathode spraying of graphite in working medium in the form of hydrogen (or hydrocarbon)-inert gas mixture with proportion of partial pressures from 100:1 to 1:100.
