FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger parts are applied with a coating serving as solder metal. First, all the parts are applied with a chemical nickel coating. Then, a galvanic coating with lead 25-30 mcm thick is applied to plates, and a galvanic coating with copper 12-15 mcm thick is applied to corrugations. Assembly of plates and corrugations with their alternation and old-down of an assembled pack on the side of the plates is performed. Soldering is performed in vacuum at 10-2 mm Hg at the temperature of 290-300°C. Exposure at the specified temperature is 5-7 minutes, and heating and cooling rate is 10-15°C per minute.
EFFECT: improving homogeneity of the soldered weld material structure; preventing heat exchanger metal corrosion during its operation.
