FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has body made of flexible insulating material, for example of organosilicon rubber. It consists of lower cylindrical part with bottom. Flat cover with rib is set on cylindrical part. Internal surface of rib is conjugated with external surface of cylindrical part of body. Stack on nonlinear resistors is position inside body. Side surface of stack is coupled to internal side surface of body by means of sealing compound. Lower part of body has thickening on upper section of external surface which forms conical surface directed upwards with its large base. Internal surface of cover rib is of conical shape following the conical surface of cylinder thickening. Stack of nonlinear resistors is coupled to metal flanges by means of electrical conductive adhesive.
