SUBSTANCE: device has external polymeric insulating enclosure, at least one safety valve, insulating cylinder with longitudinal insulating partition that divides its inner space into two sections; first section houses nonlinear resistor in the form of at least one column and second section accommodates gas outlet duct. Some portion of inner space of insulating cylinder accommodating nonlinear resistor is provided with transverse partition at its bottom between its inner wall and longitudinal partition.
