FIELD: quantum electronics. SUBSTANCE: to increase stability of discharge and laser efficiency, auxiliary low-induction electric circuit may be used to form voltage pulses in intraelectrode space. Electric circuit includes spark gap. induction coil and capacitor. Rated values of the latter should be 5-10 times as low as the respective ratings of main power supply circuit.
