SUBSTANCE: invention proposes derivatives of N-acyl-α-amino acid or their physiologically acceptable salts, simple ethers or esters, amides or hydrates of the formula (I): α where: L - group of the formula R- or ; R - amidinine group; X - CH; Y - CH or N; H2N(CH2)t - H, alk, alk-O-alk; R′ - H, alk. The synthesized compounds can be used for prophylaxis of diseases caused by binding adhesive proteins with platelets and platelet aggregation and acid-cellular adhesion also. Compounds of the formula (I) R″ were synthesized by splitting off protective groups at the corresponding positions and conversion of cyano-group to amidine group in the corresponding nitriles.
