FIELD: medicine, in particular, manual therapy, may be used for osteochondrosis prophylaxis and rehabilitation, vertebral joint dislocation and incomplete dislocation, spine trauma and deformation. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has supporting members and pusher with handle, 3-5 members formed as flat circle having crescent-shaped projection with truncated end. Projection surface is made by spaced arced members, with outer arced member being continuation of circle. Flat members are mounted on common shaft at circle center perpendicular to circle plane. Outer (supporting) members are positioned in symmetry one with respect to the other on shaft and provided with handle. Middle (pushing) member is mounted for rotation about shaft. Projection of middle member is oriented in direction of outer member projections. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction, wider operational capabilities by providing derotation of vertebrae twisted to the right and to the left relative to longitudinal axis. 2 dwg
