FIELD: cereal processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves milling cereals in roller machines; sieving obtained product. Milling is performed in 7 stages by means of 22 metal woven and nylon sieves with pore size gradually decreasing from 1.33 to 0.2 mm to obtain flour, large-sized products and shorts. Large-sized product is subjected to separate working, enrichment of groats in sieving machines, additional milling in two stages to obtain flour and groats. Sorted out product is additionally sieved in sieves to obtain consumer's flour and milling product. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider range and improved quality of products. 2 cl
