FIELD: flour-milling industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves joining ground products obtained at groats break roll systems by size; enriching each size fraction at separate sieve system: products of 560-900 micron size obtained on first break roll system and products of 560-800 micron size obtained on second break roll system are enriched at first sieve system; providing joint enrichment of fractions of 390-560 micron size obtained on first and second break roll systems, and fractions of 390-530 micron size obtained on third break roll system; using third sieve system for enriching fraction of products of 355-390 micron size obtained on three break roll systems and fraction of products of 156-355 mc size obtained on three break roll systems. While enriching intermediate products on three sieve systems, enriched groats with ash content of 0.32-0.57% are obtained by passing them through lower stage of sieves of these systems, with following joint grinding by means of A rolls. Tails obtained on upper stages of first, second and third sieve systems and tails of at least 530 mc size obtained in the process using break roll system are joined and directed to terminating break roll system for separating sifting from ground products. Tails obtained from lower stage of sieves of three sieve systems are repeatedly enriched on the same systems or on auxiliary systems having similar mode of operation depending on load. Enriched product obtained by passing through C rolls and having ash content of 0.57-0.65% is directed for grinding to B rolls.
