FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka of 40% vol. contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: glucose, 14.0-16.0 kg; fructose, 2.0-4.0 kg; infusion of germinated oat grain, 3.0-5.0 l; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. It is prepared from ethyl alcohol and drinking water rectified on inversely-osmotic installation and treated with activated carbon impregnated with silver. EFFECT: improved taste.
