FIELD: methods of changing the state of atmosphere; may be used in measures taken for elimination of fogs, smogs and other atmospheric phenomena objectionable in the given regions. SUBSTANCE: method includes creation of upward convection draught by means of air ionization and zone for making up of this draught. Such zone is provided on the periphery of the formed zone of upward convection and set up also by means of air ionization. Optimal version of realization of the offered method is use of device emitting ions of the same sign and a group of devices located around the first device which emit ions of opposite sign. Total current of ions from a group of devices does not exceed the current of ions generated by the device installed in the center. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 2 dwg
