FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: prepared water is mixed with rectified alcohol of higher purification up to 16% vol. Mixture is aged, and flavor is introduced and again aged in anaerobic conditions for 40-50 h. At continuous mixing cream-alcoholic concentrate is introduced in amount of 600-660 dal per 1000 dal of prepared product, and mixture is filtered and bottled. Cream-alcoholic concentrate has the following components: alcohol, 10%; fat, 4%; sugar 363 g/l; and special food ingredients, preferably, chocolate, cocoa, cocoa butter and fruit juice, the balance up to pH 7.2.
