FIELD: separating moving particles, such as clusters. SUBSTANCE: carrying gas flow with particles is cooled down and its laminar flow is provided. The latter is exposed to magnetic and electric fields acting at certain angle to each other perpendicular to flow direction. Upon passing through magnetic and electric fields, particles enter chambers of multislit collector depending on deviation angles. EFFECT: provision for separating heterogeneous moving particles according to their mass, charge, and magnetic properties. 2 cl, 1 dwg
