FIELD: powder metallurgy; manufacture of composite materials reinforced by metal cluster. SUBSTANCE: method includes filling of pores with porous blank with clusters of metals or alloys or carbides contained in the course of condensation in supersonic flow when porous blank moves as tape. Device proposed for realization of this method includes plasma oscillator of cluster flow with nozzle; it is provided with fixture for drawing the porous tape; it includes roller for winding tape rotated by electric drive and drum for winding the composite material thus obtained; oscillator is provided planar nozzle; tape drawing fixture is mounted on oscillator housing in such way that surface of tape is perpendicular to cluster flow.
