SUBSTANCE: converter has metal electrodes 1 and 5 , semiconductor layer 4 of first type of conductance, semiconductor layer 3 of second type of conductance opposite to first one and semiconductor layer 2 of second type of conductance wide zoned and heavily doped relative to layers 3 and 4 that forms surface heterogeneous junction with layer 3.
