FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: drilling of borehole and subsequent extraction of borehole tool are carried out with leaving a layer of slime in the bottom part of the borehole; after that a drive pipe with the lower butt end closed by a lose stopper is installed in the borehole with formation of a hole clearance; and an electrical discharger and a pipe for feeding the solidifying material are installed in the space of the drive pipe in the borehole axis, then final sinking of the drive pipe is accomplished with displacement of slime into the bottom part of the hole clearance; after that the drive pipe space is filled with solidifying conducting material with separation of the stopper of the drive pipe, and displacement of the drive pipe upwards is started with a simultaneous feed of solidifying material into the borehole, displacement of it into the hole clearance, and slime is displaced from the bottom part of the hole clearance to the surface; excitation of high-voltage discharges in solidifying conducting material is effected when the discharger is shifted relative to the lower butt end of the drive pipe; upward displacement of the discharger is carried out jointly with lifting of the drive pipe or irrespective of it. A drive pipe with a reinforcing frame located in its space may be installed in the borehole, and displacement of the drive pipe and discharger in borehole height is carried out at a fixed position of the reinforcing frame in the borehole.
