FIELD: communication. SUBSTANCE: device has ground and satellite communication nodes which use distributed spectrum with parallel code access using direct error correction encoding. Satellite nodes contain multiple-beam with high gain in order to provide first node set. Additional amplification with direct error correction is achieved by high gain antennas of satellite node. Amplification in satellite nodes provides possibility to use small-size mobile hand-set with non-directed antenna for connection to ground and satellite nodes. In addition information about user location is provided. Delay is decreased by means of time share of channels of digital data. Each transmitter has encoder which provides level of its output power. Receivers compare this code to level of received signal and tune it to respective level of output power of transmitter. Inter-cell antenna is located in ground node which receives signals from multiple cells, partly compresses these signals and transmits compressed signals to multiple cells.
