By moving a hollow body along a guide at longitudinal direction the tissue cutting starts with the help of toothed cutting edge by moving a body installed on a socket insert or narrowed part of a cavity with transitional surface. A face toothed cutting edge moves a body independently in a tissue up to the rest into an edge of a socket insert or transitional surface which are situated at the distance from a border corresponding to anatomical length of uterine cervix. A body has an entering preventive cone or additional terminal fixator as a screw spiral with sharpened coils.
