FIELD: medicine; medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out surgical intervention via point pierce with knife having handle, connecting bridge member and cutting edge having piercing tip. The cutting edge having piercing tip is arranged in perpendicular with respect to the long handle axis. The connecting bridge member between the cutting edge and handle has smaller width as the cutting edge. The piercing tip part is brought through superficial tissues with its minimum size and the knife is turned in a way that the cutting edge touches ligament surface. Then the ligament is transected.
EFFECT: accelerated treatment; allowed finger movements at early stage; reduced risk of secondary cicatricial stenosis.
