SUBSTANCE: biomass of bacterial producer E. coli VKPM B-3967 is treated by high pressure, cell extract is subjected for the successive chromatography on hydroxylapatite using elution of linear gradient of Na₂HPO₂ (from 50 to 220-300 mM) at pH = 7.0, DEAE-cellulose-52 using elution of linear gradient of NaCl (from 0 to 140-220 mM) in 20 mM tris-buffer, pH = 7.5-8.0 and on Red-Sepharose CL-6B using elution at linear gradient of NaCl (from 0 to 1.5-2 M) in 25 mM Na₂HPO₂ at pH = 7.2 followed by gel-filtration on Sephadex G-25.
