FIELD: lubricant materials. SUBSTANCE: friction composition has phenolformaldehyde resin, metallic powder-like filling agent, metallic chip, antimony trisulfide and sulfur-containing vulcanizing group. Phenolformaldehyde resin: a mixture of novolacs and resol resins; metallic powder-like filling agent: a mixture of copper and iron powders; metallic chip: bronze chip. Vulcanizing group has additionally captax and thiuram. Composition has additionally fluorspar, viscose, magnesia, waste of dust-like catalyst IM-22101, cryptocrystalline graphite, butadiene-styrene rubber (sort SKS-30 ARKP), ethylsiloxane liquid, barium stearate and dibutylphthalate, chrome oxide, crystalline graphite, the first friction mixture consisting of butadiene-nitrile rubber, basalt wool, kaolin wool, vermiculite, water glass, phenylone, technical carbon, silicon carbide, chalk and zinc white, and the second friction mixture consisting of butadiene-nitrile rubber, crystalline graphite, basalt wool, glass-filling agent, baryta, chalk and zinc white. Friction mixtures were taken at ratio 6:1 at the following ratio of composition components, wt.-%: resol phenolformaldehyde resin 9-10; novolacs phenolformaldehyde resin 0.3-0.4; copper powder 4.0-4.5; iron powder 0.1-0.2; chrome oxide 0.06-0.1; bronze chip 4.0-4.5; antimony trisulfide 4.0-4.5; sulfur 0.02-0.08; captax 0.01-0.03; thiuram 0.005-0.008; fluorspar 1.5-0.2; viscose 0.1-0.2; magnesia 0.2-0.3; waste of dust-like catalyst IM-22101 8.0-9.0; cryptocrystalline graphite 0.2-0.25; butadiene-styrene rubber (sort SKS-30 ARKP) 0.2-0.25; ethylsiloxane liquid 0.08-0.1; barium stearate 0.2-0.3; dibutylphthalate 0.2-0.25; butadiene-nitrile rubber 3.0-4.0; basalt wool 13.0-14.0; kaolin wool 7.0-8.0; vermiculite 5.0-6.0; water glass 1.5-2.0; phenylone 0.1-0.2; technical carbon 0.2-0.3; silicon carbide 0.1-0.3; chalk 3.5-4.0; zinc white 0.1-0.2; crystalline graphite 5.0-5.5; glass-filling agent 7.0-8.0, and baryta - the rest.
