FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of taxane of the general formula: where Ar means phenyl; R means phenyl or radical R₅-O- where R₅ means a direct or branched alkyl comprising from 1 to 8 carbon atoms with exception for tert.-butyl; R₁ and R₂ have similar or different values and mean hydrogen atom, radical alkyl, phenylalkyl, phenyl, alkoxyphenyl or dialkoxyphenyl; R₃ means acetyl or a protective group of functional hydroxy-group; R₄ means a protective group of functional hydroxy-group that can be used as intermediate compounds for synthesis of taxol, taxoter or their analogues showing antitumor or antileukemic properties. EFFECT: new derivatives of taxane ensuring to synthesize biologically active compounds.
