Articles of shoulder and belt parts of clothes for shaping-type trainings are further provided with pockets and detachable warming inserts positioned in these pockets. Number and size of inserts is selected in proportion to the value of mismatch between shapes, sizes and proportions of related parts of body, in accordance with shaping-classification evaluation.
