SUBSTANCE: present invention describes amino acid derivatives of general formula (I): $$$ wherein $$$ is hydrogen, $$$-alkanoyl, $$$-alkoxycarbonyl, 5-or 6-membered heterocyclic aromatic carbonyl; $$$ is $$$-alkyl having substituent; A is $$$-alkylene, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Said compounds produce excellent vasolidating effect of callateral vessels and antistenocardic effect, and are useful as therapeutical drugs in case of stenocardia.
