FIELD: railway track structure. SUBSTANCE: this relates to jointless design of railway track with reinforced concrete sleepers and clamp-and-bolt rail fasteners. This fastener has reinforced concrete sleeper 1 which carries chair 2 with recess in which rail 3 is seated. Fastening of rail chair to sleeper is effected by means of insert bolts 4, double-spiral washers 5, and nuts 6. Rail 3 is pressed against chair 2 by clamps 7 by means of bolts 8, double-spiral washers 9, and nuts 10. Located between rail chair 2 and sleeper 1 is rubber liner 11, and located between rail 3 and chair 2 is rubber-cord spacer 12. Spacer 12 has longitudinal passages for collecting water, and vertical passages for water outflow. Rubber-cord spacer in its upper part has supporting surface and sealing strip serving as barrier preventing water access to underrail space. Strips are slightly higher than supporting surface. In its lower part spacer has passages for outflow of moisture penetrated into space between chair and spacer, and also it has fixing stops for fastening of spacer 2 on chair 2. For better water outflow from space between chair and spacer, stops are made not along entire width of foot of rail 3. EFFECT: high efficiency. 4 cl, 4 dwg
