SUBSTANCE: this relates to implements for cultivation of fallow land and row middles of row crops after vegetation watering for elimination of weeds and soil crust. Flat hoe has shank with working edge and rear wall. Mounted on rear wall by means of bolt with countersunk head is sweep flat hoe. Hoe wings have cutting edges on blades. Flat hoe is provided with spalling members located step-like with backward displacement from cutting edge of hoe. Spalling member can be made in the form of prism. One of side faces of prism is orthogonal relative to upper plane of hoe and to direction of its travel. Height of prism is larger than or equal to thickness of sweep hoe.
