SUBSTANCE: working tool has tine, flat hoe pivotally mounted on tine for angular movement about vertical axis of rotation and provided with front cutting edge. Flat hoe is formed as segment and has advancement course stabilizers. Hoe tine has hollow thin-walled pipe. Tine is connected with flat hoe through vertical pivot joint at junction point. Angular displacement of flat hoe about vertical axis of rotation is limited by stop allowing adhered weeds to be removed from cutting edge. Flat hoe course stabilizer is made in the form of curved offset plate with vertical cut oriented in parallel with direction of advancement. Advancement course stabilizers are positioned in opposed relation on flat hoe wings. EFFECT: improved quality of tilled soil and reduced power consumption. 12 cl, 6 dwg
