FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: working tool has tine with cutting edge and rear wall, and flat A-hoe fixed on rear wall and provided with front cutting edge. Flat hoe has additional wings, each provided with cutting edge. Wing edges define aperture angle greater than aperture angle defined by front cutting edges. Width of wings exceeds flat hoe width. Remote free ends of additional wings are inclined downward from horizontal surface of flat hoe. Working tool is used for surface cultivation of soil, removal of weeds and destructing of soil crust. Also, working tool allows mulching layer to be created in mellowed top soil layer and carrying out of erodible particles together with lower wetted soil layer to be excluded. EFFECT: simplified construction and improved weed and erosion control. 2 dwg
