FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka of 40% vol. contains 0.9-1.2 kg of glycerine, 0.2-0.5 kg of citric acid, and aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. Complex usage of ingredients and their qualitative ratio increase glare and transparency of vodka in glass bottles as citric acid increases hydrophilic properties of glycerine and preserves vodka quality during storage. Proposed vodka allows to eliminate specific taste of glycerine and gives beverage mild taste and transparency. EFFECT: broadened assortment of vodkas. 3 expv
