FIELD: production of dichloroethane; chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: reactor has devices for introduction of chlorine installed inside vertical tube. Their outlet holes are directed upward along tube axis. Each device for introduction of chlorine and ethylene may be made along the axis of vertical tube, or it may be made in form of ejector directed up[ward along the axis of vertical tube. In this case, ejectors are arranged successively and coaxially to vertical tube. Reactor may have nozzle installed under lower end of vertical tube directed upward along its axis and connected with branch pipe for introduction of liquid returned dichloroethane. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 3 dwg
