FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking samples of biological material to determine fibrinolytic activity of plasma, prothrombin time, αI-protease inhibitor, orosomucoid, T-helpers, immunoglobulin M in peripheral blood. Forecasting index score is calculated. Fibrinolytic activity of sputum being equal to or less than 150.7 (in (mm2)), index contribution in favor of pneumonia diagnosis is equal to 18 and index contribution in favor of tuberculosis is equal to 0. The value being greater than 150.7, index contribution in favor of pneumonia is equal to 0 and index contribution in favor of tuberculosis is equal to 16. Fibrinolytic activity of plasma being equal to or less than 139.8 (in (mm2)), pneumonia index contribution is equal to 14 and tuberculosis one is equal to 0. The value being greater than 139.8, pneumonia index contribution is equal to 0 and tuberculosis one is equal to 16. Prothrombin time being equal to or less than 22 (in s), pneumonia index contribution is equal to 20 and tuberculosis one is equal to 0. The value being greater than 22, pneumonia index contribution is equal to 0 and tuberculosis one is equal to 0. αI-protease inhibitor level being equal to or less than 106 (in conditional units), pneumonia index contribution is equal to 9 and tuberculosis one is equal to 0. The value being greater than 106, pneumonia index contribution is equal to 0 and tuberculosis one is equal to 13. Orosomucoid concentration being equal to or less than 757 (in mcg/l), pneumonia index contribution is equal to 16 and tuberculosis one is equal to 0. The value being greater than 757, pneumonia index contribution is equal to 0 and tuberculosis one is equal to 4. T-helpers amount (in %) being equal to or less than 26, pneumonia index contribution is equal to 0 and tuberculosis one is equal to 4. The value being greater than 26, pneumonia index contribution is equal to 14 and tuberculosis one is equal to 0. Immunoglobulin M concentration (in g/l) being equal to or less than 1.41, pneumonia index contribution is equal to 0 and tuberculosis one is equal to 2. The value being greater than 1.41, pneumonia index contribution is equal to 3 and tuberculosis one is equal to 0. Algebraic sum of scores is calculated for each diagnosis and the diagnosis of pneumonia or tuberculosis is selected depending on which sum value is the greatest. EFFECT: accelerated accuracy of diagnosis.
