FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves mounting flexible splitting wall between surfaces of radio elements and heat conducting system. This wall is made from heat-conducting material and is fastened in housing in which board with radio elements is also fastened. Space between surfaces heat conducting system, housings of radio elements and board which are directed to each other is filled with given amount of heat-conducting accumulating material which phase change temperature is in working range of temperature of radio elements. From the top this volume is sealed with heat-conducting system. Heat flow from external surfaces of element housings is transmitted to heat- accumulating material through said flexible splitting wall. Part of heat flow is absorbed by this material during melting, then rest of heat flow is transmitted to heat conducting system and is later spread in air. EFFECT: flexible splitting wall provides reliable heat contact on transmission of heat flow to heat-conducting system. 1 dwg
