FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: production of vodka called "PEISOKHOVAYA" involves preliminary preparation of 40% alcohol-water mixture from rectified ethanol "Ekstra" and corrected drinking water. Added to mixture is 9.5- 10.5 kg of sugar in the form of 65.8-% sugar syrup or aqueous solution. Thus obtained solution is refined on carbon refinement battery to give finished vodka, which is further supplemented by 4.5-5.5 kg of honey and mixture of 0.9-1.2 l of milk thistle (Silybum) extract and 0.1-0.2 l of alcoholic solution of vanilin.
