FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka "Sergei" contains the following ingredients: protein-vitamin additive "Protamin", 0.09-0.15 kg; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 17-17.5 l; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water, the balance, up to strength of 40%. The invention provides reduction of cost price and labor intensity of process due to using of biologically active protein-vitamin additive which contains a complex of indispensable amino acids and vitamins in concentrated form, and it reduces quantity of used additive at maintaining high biological activity of vodka.
