FIELD: veterinary immunology. SUBSTANCE: antigen is prepared by glanders pathogen culturing on nutrient medium from Kursk biofactory for 10-14 days. Grown culture is concentrated and purified by diafiltration on membranes (pore size is 0.1-0.22 mcm). Then cells are stained with 1% solution of an organic dye amount of that is assayed by titration. Obtained antigen can be used in veterinary science for express-diagnosis of glanders by detection of antiglanders antibodies in blood serum of infected animals.
