FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: spring device has housing provided with internal radial groove wherein a rod is placed. The rod is rigidly connected to the locking bushing which has the outside radial groove. The device also has a sleeve with through openings in its wall containing the balls of the locator. The damper is mounted coaxially to the rod between the bottoms of the bushing and the sleeve. The sleeve has a flange. The shock absorber made of elastic material is placed between the housing and the flange. The damper can be made up as a spring whose compression force exceeds the force of preliminary compression of the flexible member. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 4 dwg
