FIELD: locking and simultaneous sealing of containers, transportation tank of different sizes, car-carrier lorries, hopper grain lorries, and other grain storage devices. SUBSTANCE: device has rope which one end has cap and another end is fixed to provide conic surface. Members which fix rope piece are located in housing and are designed as two segments, two blocks and spring. Housing is designed as cylinder with two coaxial through holes which are located in opposite ends of side surface of cylinder. Diameters of coaxial holes conform to diameter of rope piece which is mounted in them. Invention specifies external surfaces of both segments and both blocks which are located between segments for interaction with surfaces of one of them and spring-loaded to it with respect to housing.
