Administering photosensitizing agents destroying blood vessels and corresponding exposure to radiation is to take place at least not earlier then the photosensitizing agents accumulating mainly in cellular structures and corresponding radiation exposure are applied. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in destroying tumors.
