FIELD: veterinary medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specifically diagnosing infection diseases in animals. Tuberculosis micobacteria are grown on nutrient medium for 2 months and destroyed by 60Co gamma-radiation in dose nutrient medium (1.0-2.0) x 106 R, concentration of tuberculoprotein in nutrient medium being 1,2±0,3 mg/ml. Culture liquid is separated and centrifuged. Supernatant is removed and remaining solids are bagged and autoclaved. In such a way, yield of desired product is 3.9-5.3 times increased. EFFECT: increased yield and eliminated release of tuberculosis toxicoallergens , trichloroacetic acid, and ammonia. 3 ex
