FIELD: veterinary microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves culturing tuberculosis mycobacteria and their following destruction. Cultural fluid is removed and formalin is added to it. The end product is sorbed on aluminum hydroxide and sterilized it by autoclaving method. Formalin is added to cultural fluid for three stages with interval for 5-9 days in the final concentration 0.2-0.25%, 0.3-0.4% and 0.5-0.6%, respectively. In the first formalin addition the temperature of reaction medium is maintained in the range 40-42 C, in the second addition - in the range 43-45 C, and in the third addition - in the range 46-47 C. Method provides enhancing activity of the end product.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
