FIELD: medicine, surgery, hepatology. SUBSTANCE: method involves puncture of cyst cavity, aspiration of cyst content and administration of sclerositing solvent. The latter is removed after exposition and residual cyst cavity is filled with allogenic biomaterial "Alloplant" of gel-like consistence at volume 1/2 of evacuated cyst content. Method ensures to prevent complications and relapses of cyst after its puncture. EFFECT: improved method of puncture, enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
