SUBSTANCE: method involves irradiating a biological object under examination and recording fluorescence K=Jф/JB, where Jф is the fluorescence signal, JB is the probing radiation signal. Anaerobic bacteria concentration in biological substratum is estimated by comparing to calibration curve.
