FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring reflected light signal intensity JB before dying. Then the mucosa region under study is smeared with solution having 1 g of crystalline iodine, 2 g of potassium iodide and 20 ml of distilled water. The preparation is kept at least 2 min before measuring reflected light signal intensity Ji after dying. Next to it, index K= K = JB/Ji is determined. K being not equal to 1 K ≠ 1 ± 0,1 0.1, inflammation process diagnosis is set. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and objectiveness of diagnosis.
